Thanks to Robert Walker ’66 for answering our survey! We asked him about his favorite place to go in Granville, his favorite college tradition, and where life since Denison has taken him. Here’s what he had to say:

Where was your favorite place to go in Granville, why was this place so special to you?

The fieldhouse or Beta House along with the Granville Inn for great Chow, a friendly workout or an occasional Overnite.

What was your favorite event, tradition, or activity to partake in during your college years? Why was it so important to you? Do you still engage with that event, tradition, or activity?

Football Weekends when friends and family joined together for some fun and refreshments.

As an alum, what do you see as the most valuable part of your Beta experience?

On campus was very special both living in the House and as a resident ( Smith Hall ) my senior year where Sports, lifetime friendships, and a great education have made my life very special and comfortable. The BETAs were the very best in keeping up with campus activities and always available with a helping hand when required.
