I’ve just started my second semester at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs where I am studying International Finance and Economic Policy. Anyone need an intern? This past summer I spent time with my family, tended my beehive and hunted wild mushrooms in Ohio. The hive yielded about 40 lbs. of pure from apple, clover and golden rod. I located some chantrelles late in the season that I dried for soup.
