He writes:
Brother Ruichard Lugar ’54 was a role model to me in Alpha Eta,” said Halliday. I believe the Fraternity experience is still relevant today due to developing friendships and building character. I learned how to live with those from different backgrounds and social structures. These days, I am retired and active in the communities of Bexley, OH and Sanibel, FL.
