Undergrads Implement Event Safety Measures

Recently, the undergraduates made an Instagram post demonstrating what shirts will be worn at events by their SEMs–the brothers in charge of keeping their events safe for all.

Here is what the undergraduates had to say:

“Beta SEMs will always be wearing these salmon Beta Theta Pi shirts. Brothers wearing this shirt are there to ensure that everyone in our space is safe, and that the event runs smoothly. Facilitating a safe and affirming space for everyone in our community is integral to our Chapter’s values, so please alert an SEM if you ever witness or experience anything that makes you uncomfortable at one of our events. Beta is for everyone, and we want to keep it that way.”
